Demonstrator changelog
Curated from the demonstrator's own git history — milestones only, most recent first. Internal implementation detail stays internal.
-
Fused operational picture and integration port. Every source — Remote ID, RF, acoustic, TDoA and partner detections — fuses into one contact per drone with a confidence score; the C2 emits provider-neutral cues to any downstream consumer. Synchronized TDoA capture runs end-to-end on synthetic IQ.
-
Bluetooth Long Range Remote ID and end-to-end TDoA in software. Both paths are complete up to the hardware boundary; TDoA recovers a synthetic emitter. Hardware-marked paths stay deselected until the field phase.
-
Node runtime. One process per sensor — Remote ID (Wi-Fi and Bluetooth), sub-GHz RF, acoustic, TDoA capture — with scripted provisioning, node health with timing state and resilience to backhaul loss. Acoustic layer for RF-silent drones added as a pure core tested on synthetic audio. 4 logical nodes in configuration.
-
Modern-warfare scenario pack. Added
fpv-saturation-defense,front-counter-israndgalati-danube-border— bringing the scenario library to 13, spanning critical infrastructure, borders and the eastern flank. -
v1.1 engagement layer merged. Declarative scenario schema, zone-gated escalation state machine, interceptor kinematics with rules-of-engagement gating (only authorized threats engaged), live engagement overlay on the radar map — the full scripted detect → track → identify → warn → authorize → intercept flow, replayable from the UI's scenario picker.
-
v1 demonstrator merged. Passive Remote ID / OpenDroneID decoding, sub-GHz RF sweep and classification, experimental TDoA cross-correlation and multilateration on synthetic IQ, multi-node fusion with track association, and a live dark radar map (REST + WebSocket) with node health and incident export. Test suite green end-to-end.
-
Message backbone. MQTT bridge into fusion with per-node health tracking; versioned JSON message contracts defined first, components built against them.
-
Design locked. Full design spec for the passive-RF mesh demonstrator: pure hardware-independent cores, MQTT contracts, C2 fusion server, radar UI — and the feasibility study it validates.
